Our history
Our Global Survey Center has been specializing in accurate, confidential and timely administration and processing of a variety of online surveys for over a decade. We are an outsourcing option for those organizations who would prefer to take a hands-off approach to the big job of making a 360° assessment program—like our internationally recognized Voices® 360° assessment survey—or any of our other surveys, work.

Our surveys
Survey administration can be conducted inside your company or outsourced to the Global Survey Center. The Global Survey Center offers complete administration of these surveys:
  • Voices® 360° Feedback Online Survey…a competency-based, research-validated 360 assessment
  • Voices® 360° Development Tracker Survey…an optional survey launched six to nine months after the Voices® 360
  • eSEA™ Online Survey…a web-based tool used to assess organizational capabilities and effectiveness
  • eTeams™ Online Survey…an online survey device used to assess team skills and effectiveness
  • eChoices™ Online Survey…an assessment tool based on 27 dimensions of learning agility and used for developing high potentials or succession planning
  • Talent Engagement Online Survey…a tool that can be administered to a subset of high-potential employees to assess engagement

Clients use the Global Survey Center for ongoing corporate-wide programs, small-scale projects, or one-time events. Depending on the parameters of your project, our full service support capabilities may include:
